Get Course is a course comparison and enquiry platform. We connect you with education providers; we do not process enrolments, accept payments, or deliver courses. Because of this, Get Course does not handle refunds for any course you enrol in through our platform.
If you have enrolled in a course and wish to request a refund, cancellation, or transfer, you will need to contact the education provider directly. Each provider has their own refund and cancellation policy, which we encourage you to review before enrolling.
Nothing in any provider's refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a course is significantly different from its description, fails to be delivered, or has a major fault, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer guarantee provisions. For information about your consumer rights, visit the ACCC website at accc.gov.au.

Get Course does not charge users to browse courses, submit enquiries, or access any information on our site. As a course comparison platform, there is nothing to refund from Get Course directly.
