Who It’s For

Why Do This Course

Put A Name To What You Do

Plenty of people grow accounts without a qualification behind them. This one names the skill set and backs it with a code employers recognise.

Relationships Are The Job

Units cover building business relationships, managing supplier ties and running customer service. That is the daily work of growing an account base.

Reach People Where They Are

You cover marketing opportunities and social media engagement plans. Growth work now runs through channels that did not exist a decade ago.

Common Questions

What do I need to enrol?

You must be eighteen or older when you register. You need English, reading and maths at ACSF Level Three. A short test may apply if English is not your first language.

How long does it take?

Roughly twelve months full time, or fourteen to sixteen months part time. You have two years of enrolment as standard.

What makes this different to the plain business diploma?

Same code, different chosen units. This version points at supplier ties, client service, marketing openings and social media plans.

How will I be assessed?

Unit quizzes plus practical tasks judged on workplace evidence. Tutorials are built to produce work-ready outcomes.

Is this course accredited?

Yes. It is nationally recognised training for BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Business Development), delivered under RTO TOID 22228.

Can past study or work count?

It might. Credit transfer and recognition of prior learning can give you unit credits and may speed up your course. Your skills and work history decide this.

Is this course government funded?

Payment plans do that job here. The college is a fee for service provider, so it is not tied to FEE-HELP or VET Student Loans, and you spread the cost weekly instead.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Withdraw inside the thirty day cooling off period and you get a refund, less the admin fee. After that, stopping payments needs proof of hardship.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop or desktop with steady internet. You need Microsoft Office or the same kind of tool, a PDF reader, and rights to install software. A camera is needed for video calls.
