What you’ll typically need to get started in this nationally recognised qualification.

No formal academic prerequisites

Language, literacy & numeracy (LLN) assessment may apply

Learners must be 16 years or older at the time of course commencement. A person under 18 can complete the course but must wait until they turn 18 to use the certification.

All participants require a Unique Student Identification (USI) number.

Students must have sufficient digital literacy skills to access online content, enter answers to written questions, and communicate with trainers via email, the student portal, and the learning management system.
