Who It’s For

Why Do This Course

Step Up in Your Career

Already in support work? This diploma covers case management, service programs and legal duties, so you can take on more.

Learn With People Around You

Classes run on campus with a qualified trainer. You'll get a training plan, workbooks and computers in class.

Where The Skills Fit

Where These Skills Could Take You

This diploma fits people who want to coordinate support, not just give it. jobsandskills.gov.au rates future growth for welfare support workers as very strong. The work means planning help with people, families and services.

Community Services Case Manager

Planning and reviewing the support each client gets.

Social Housing Coordinator

Helping people find and keep a safe place to live.

Residential Carer

Supporting people with daily life where they live.

Family Services Coordinator

Linking families with the services they need.

Roles where these skills are useful, not promised outcomes. Every role is different, and some need more study or experience. Child protection roles often need a degree.
