You might be set on HR but missing the entry units. The package starts with those, then covers recruitment, relations and workforce plans. The whole thing is made for people starting cold.
The diploma has entry units most people have not done. This package builds them in, so you begin at the start and finish with the diploma.
If you already do bits of HR in another role, you learn the whole cycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, relations and workforce plans.
Done some of the entry units already? You can enrol in just the ones you are missing. Work history can count towards them too.
Almost every business needs someone to run its people side. The work is easy to picture: writing the ad, sitting in the interview, sorting the pay question, and planning who the team needs next year.
Roles where these skills are useful, not promised outcomes. Every role is different, and some need more study or experience.
Four entry units, then seven core and five elective units.
Three things worth knowing about the package.
Four prerequisite units come first, then the seven core and five elective units of the diploma.
You get a full rebate for a one-year AHRI Associate membership. That brings guides, templates and member forums. Terms apply.
Bring some units or some work history and the package shrinks to fit. You pay for the gap, not the whole run.
