Who It’s For

Why Do This Course

Step Up To Team Leader

Get Better At The Team You Have

Already supervising? The course sharpens emotional intelligence, performance and continuous improvement, so the job stops feeling like guesswork.

No Prior Study Needed

You do not need past courses to enrol. You need to be eighteen and able to work at the required English and maths level.
