Thinking about the step from running a team to running the business? This advanced diploma covers strategy, finances, change, workforce planning and digital direction. It was made for people with a diploma, or years in the chair.
This is the level where you set strategy, manage the money, and steer change. It is a different job from running a team.
If you have held the responsibility for years without the paper, this closes the gap. Your experience may also earn credit toward units.
No scheduled classes, no strict deadlines, and access whenever you get an hour. The enrolment period runs two years.
This is the qualification behind manager and director titles. The work is easy to picture: setting the plan for the year, holding the budget, and choosing which projects get people.
$100,000 on the college's published average.
$118,000 on the college's published average.
Holding strategy, finances and workforce planning together.
Setting direction rather than delivering to it.
Roles where these skills are useful, not promised outcomes. Salary figures are the college's published averages, and every role and employer differs.
Ten units: five core, and five chosen for senior business roles.
Three things carry this course: senior-level content, coaching from people who have done the job, and a study format that bends to a full workload.
Unlimited support, and coaching with people working in industry. You get a personal plan and regular feedback on progress.
Course content is created in partnership with industry leaders, so the work you do maps to what a business needs.
Fully online and self-paced, with a 24-month enrolment period, course extensions and deferral options.
