Work Placement

This course contains a minimum of 350 hours of work placement, which will be split into three blocks. You complete your work placement in a home salon, as long as it is a registered business (ABN) and provides the requirements in the way of treatments. Many students end up at more than 1 salon for placement, as not every salon will provide the types of treatment that you need to practice in order to complete your course. Work placement block 1 – 170 hours and may be commenced after successful completion of Modules 1 – 5 and your work placement preparation activities.
