“I have been completing a Cert IV in Mental Health with Hader for the last 4 months. It has been very enjoyable with Cayan as my trainer. The Zoom classes are structured well. Cayan brings a lot of experience and makes the interactive classes engaging. The online portal to access learning materials and assessments is easy to use. Would highly recommend.” - Cameron W.

“I have found Hader Institute of Education to be flexible when it comes to study pace and scheduling, which has made all the difference for me. Every trainer, assessor, and admin staff member I've interacted with has been fantastic: always supportive and helpful. Olivia, in particular, has been incredibly encouraging, who made the process of enrolling in the Cert IV in Mental Health so much easier, which I really appreciated as I was quite hesitant at first. I’m now working towards having both my Cert IV in AOD and Mental Health, and feel much more confident. Thank you so much, Olivia, and the whole team at Hader!” - Anna H.

“Absolutely loving the Cert 4 in Mental Health. It's fantastic having a trainer like Syndi Grambau with her own lived experience, who's passion to help is evident whilst also ensuring a safe/non-judgmental learning environment. A great mix of practical application and online modules. I can tell I'll be fully ready to heal and empower clients next year.” - Seb H.

“I am coming to end of my Cert IV in Mental Health studies and have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and supportive of the students. I have enjoyed the classes and learnt so much over the past year. A special mention to Trish the Program Coordinator who is extremely responsive to any queries and genuinely wants the best for the students.” - Lauren S.
